CANCELLATION POLICY

At THREE WOLF ONLINE MARKETING, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders due to unforeseen circumstances.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at threewolfonlinemarketing@gmail.com with your:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Cancellation

Once we verify the request and confirm that your order has not entered the shipping process, we will proceed with the cancellation and initiate a refund (if applicable).

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you still wish to return the item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

3. Cancellation by THREE WOLF ONLINE MARKETING

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment could not be verified or completed.
  • The order information provided is incomplete or suspicious.
  • A pricing or product description error occurred on our website.

If we must cancel an order on our end, customers will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be fully refunded.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Customers are encouraged to check their email for confirmation and refund updates.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

Please note that the following cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Custom-made or special-order office furniture.
  • Bulk or corporate orders already in production.
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items.

6. Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify your order (such as changing the item type, color, or quantity), please contact us within the first 12 hours of placing the order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order status and product availability.
